The Ethics Charter
The France Télévisions Group has adopted an Ethics Charter which is structured, among other things, around the following themes:
• Respect for people (in particular the fight against all forms of harassment)
• Respect for the environment
• Health, hygiene and safety
• Ethical and professional commitments regarding content produced and distributed
• Relationships with customers, suppliers and service providers

A) Prevention of corruption, fraud and conflicts of interest
Anti-corruption code of conduct
Why a code of conduct?
In accordance with the Ethics Charter, V STUDIOS undertakes to carry out its activities in a fair and honourable manner, with complete integrity.
It complies with the law on transparency, the fight against corruption, and the modernization of economic life (law n°2016-1691 of December 9, 2016), known as the Sapin II law. This law aims to combat, among other things, the phenomena of corruption and influence peddling and requires the implementation of an anti-corruption compliance program. This code of conduct is part of this approach.
What is corruption?
Corruption is traditionally defined as the use of reprehensible means with the aim of influencing a person in their decisions, or of making them contravene the obligations to which they are subject.
What is in the code of conduct?
It describes the fundamental values and principles that V STUDIOS is committed to respecting in the fight against corruption and influence peddling. It emphasizes the responsibility of V STUDIOS and its employees to comply with legal obligations and to avoid practices that do not comply with the defined principles or that could have a negative impact on the reputation of V STUDIOS and more generally of the france.tv studio group.

Gifts & Invitations Policy
In application of the Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct, V STUDIOS applies a “gifts and invitations” policy which sets the thresholds of acceptability of gifts in terms of amount, a principle of declaration and prior authorization for gifts and invitations, strict prohibitions for certain employees and/or at certain periods.
Because its partners play an important role in respecting these rules, V STUDIOS communicates its “gifts and invitations” policy to its customers, suppliers and service providers.

B) Prevention of violations of human rights, health, safety and the environment
Code of Conduct for Business Partners
The France Télévisions group has adopted a code of conduct for commercial partners, which complements the exemplary system adopted by the France Télévisions group and the france.tv studio group.
Through this code, the entire group expects business partners to comply with the principles set out:
• Commit to respecting human rights, health and safety as well as environmental protection
• Commit to respecting ethical behaviors
• Commit to taking the necessary measures to prevent conflicts of interest and to declare any situation relating to France Télévisions
• Commit to communicating on the France Télévisions ethical alert system.

In line with the group's desire to strengthen its ethical commitments, the France Télévisions group's whistleblowing system offers a secure and confidential framework for reporting facts or behaviors likely to constitute a crime, an offense, a threat to the general interest, a breach of the anti-corruption code of conduct, a serious attack on human rights and fundamental freedoms, health, personal safety, or the environment.
